American Federation of Teachers (AFT)

American Educator, the professional journal of the American Federation of Teachers, is a quarterly magazine published for classroom teachers and other educational personnel from preschool through university levels. Recent articles have focused on such topics as reducing the achievement gap between poor and affluent students; teaching an appreciation and understanding of democracy; the benefits of a common coherent curriculum; and labor issues here and abroad. Total circulation, as of our most recent issue, is over 850,000.

American Teacher, a newspaper that covers a wide range of activities of interest to preK-12 educators. It includes classroom resources and profiles of members, as well as reports on education reform efforts, contract gains and teachers' rights, union organizing, effective teaching techniques and other education and labor issues.

ASCA School Counselor

National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC)

Journal of College Admissions is a quarterly, peer-reviewed periodical addressing the transition from secondary to higher education and related professional topics.

National Education Association

NEA Today

Higher Education Advocate
Published six times per year in newsletter format. It highlights trends, legislation, resource material, and local, state, and national news in postsecondary education.

Thought & Action
Published twice a year, NEA's higher educational journal is designed to provide faculty, staff, and students an enlightened balance between theory and practice on issues in higher education. Regular sections of the journal include commentaries, current book reviews, and letters to the editor.

The NEA Almanac of Higher Education
The Almanac, published annually, provides NEA higher education members with current information on higher education employment conditions. Tomorrow's Teachers

Teacher Magazine
